How is Unique Light made?
CAD design of LEDs
The correct placement of the grooves for the LED diodes is key to evenly illuminating each advertisement.
Cutting and milling
We continue with the processing of raw materials. Laser cutting ensures maximum sharpness of the edges of your advertisement.
Soldering of LED diodes
LED diodes are manually mounted and soldered, ensuring that the advertisement lights up evenly even in the narrowest corners.
Encapsulation
The grooves with LED diodes will be filled with a sealing mixture. This will ensure extreme resistance to external influences.
Testing
All advertisements undergo a light test. The LED endurance test lasting 36 hours guarantees the best quality.
Painting and gluing foil
We use either coloured LED diodes, multicoloured acrylic, or coloured transparent films.
Installation of advertising
Individual letters are attached to the construction. Then the power sources, control units, and supply cables are connected.
Final testing
The quality manager will conduct the final test of lighting, colours, and all details to ensure the unique quality of MaxxLuxx.
